By creating an account or using Alechemy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Alechemy is a brewing recipe and fermentation management tool. It is provided as-is for personal and hobbyist use. The service may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Scrape or harvest user data from the service.

5. Content Ownership

Recipes and content you create remain yours. By making a recipe public, you grant other users a non-exclusive, read-only license to view that recipe within the application. You can revoke this at any time by making the recipe private or deleting it.

6. Disclaimers

Alechemy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of brewing calculations, uptime, or data retention beyond what is commercially reasonable. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alechemy and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
